Delivery and payment
Delivery
- We deliver within Bulgaria: to an address by Speedy courier, to a Speedy office, to a Speedy locker.
- The delivery price is calculated with the courier's tariff from the weight, the address and the payment method..@endif It is shown in the cart and at checkout before you confirm. Delivery is free for orders over 100,00 €.
- We ship within 2 working days of confirming the order (for bank transfer — after the amount arrives); the courier usually delivers within 1–3 working days. Pre-orders ship as soon as the product arrives.
- When we ship, you receive an email with the tracking number. Check the parcel in front of the courier.
Payment
By card
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners Club International, Bcard. You pay on the secure payment page of BORICA AD; your card details never reach us. Payments are protected by 3-D Secure (Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check, ProtectBuy, b-secured). The amount is charged in euro, with no card fee.
Cash on delivery
You pay the courier when you receive the parcel. The delivery price may include the courier's fee for the postal money transfer — it is shown at checkout.
Bank transfer
The account details are shown at checkout and in the confirmation email; use the order number as the payment reference. We ship after the amount arrives.
Returns and refunds
You can return goods within 14 days of receiving them — see the General Terms. Card payments are refunded only to the same card; cash-on-delivery and bank-transfer payments to the bank account you give us.
